In principle, the surface of the lining refractory material can be directly brushed (sprayed). If the conditions permit, the new furnace will be parked for 2 to 3 days, after being completely dried, wait After the adsorbed water is volatilized, it is brushed (sprayed).
3. The metal surface is coated with ZS-1061 high temperature resistant far-infrared radiation coating. The rust, oil and floating dust on the metal surface should be cleaned. If the metal is derusted and degreased with chemical liquid cleaning, it must be rinsed clean with water after cleaning. Then paint again. Special metal surface: copper surface, aluminum plate, stainless steel, alloy steel and other surface surfaces with large surface tension. It is necessary to apply ZS-1011 metal transition coating to overcome the surface tension. After applying the transition coating, apply high temperature resistant far infrared radiation coating. . ZS-1011 metal transition coating should be evenly coated, there should be no missing parts, the metal should be completely covered, and the transition coating should be cured for more than 4 hours.
4. The surface of the strong water-absorbing object is coated with ZS-1061 high-temperature resistant far-infrared radiation coating, such as fiber, castable, refractory brick, etc., first apply ZS-1011 fiber transition coating, the internal gap of the sealing material, to be coated When the brush coating is covered on the surface of the substrate, the curing time of the transition coating is more than 2 days, and the surface of the ZS-1011 fiber transition coating is coated with a high temperature resistant far infrared radiation coating.
